TERMS & CONDITIONS (this is just sample text!)

Payment details will be provided on booking, payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque. A deposit of £75 (€ 120) deposit for each week secures any booking. This deposit is non-returnable.

The final balance is payable 2 months before arrival. If a booking is made within 2 months of your proposed arrival then the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking.

Arrival & Departure time (This is just sample text!)

Please plan to arrive after 2:00 pm. The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on your departure date.

Pet Policy

STRICTLY NO PETS are allowed, sorry.

Damages

We do not levy a deposit to cover damage during your stay. We trust our guests to treat the property with respect and don't worry about minor breakages. We do charge for more substantial damage to equipment and fittings. There is an additional charge for the property left in an unclean condition.

Payment

We require a deposit of 10% to be paid at the time of booking, with the balance of 90% due three weeks before arrival.
